The vinyl is UV-laminated and rated for outdoor use. The adhesive is 3M 300LSE, the same glue class used for low-surface-energy plastics like hard hat HDPE shells. We place the sticker outside the factory ANSI Z89.1 certification label area so you stay compliant. Field tested on pitched roofs in Tampa and Houston summer.
Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation in case you come back. Stickers you’ve already shipped keep working — the QR codes redirect to an “inactive worker” card with your company’s contact info. No surprise charges after cancel, full stop.
Encrypted at rest. There are two access paths: the worker's 6-digit PIN (set by the worker, never shown in any dashboard or printed on any sticker), or a supervisor triggering an in-app emergency override that requires SMS two-factor authentication and a logged reason code — the worker gets an SMS notification when this happens. Three wrong PIN attempts lock the profile for 15 minutes. Deactivate any worker from the dashboard and their sticker goes dark immediately.
Orders submitted before 2pm ET ship the next business day via USPS Priority Mail. Typical transit to Gulf Coast addresses is 2–3 business days. Saturdays count. We’ll give you a tracking number within 24 hours of ordering.
